Specjalista Terenowy ds. pozyskiwania gruntów (farmy fotowoltaiczne)
ORT: Śląskie, Małopolskie
Ihre Aufgaben
Wykonywanie wizji lokalnych nieruchomości pod dzierżawę,
Kompletowanie wymaganej dokumentacji pod projekty Elektrowni Słonecznych,
Praca na portalu geoportal,
Praca w terenie,
Prowadzenie negocjacji i zawieranie umów dzierżawy z właścicielami nieruchomości,
Kontakt z Klientami (telefoniczny i bezpośredni),
Kompletowanie wymaganej dokumentacji i dbanie o jej prawidłowy obieg,
Realizacja wyznaczonych planów sprzedażowych.
Ihr Profil
Doświadczenie w sprzedaży bezpośredniej (min. rok),
Umiejętność budowania trwałych relacji oraz skutecznego negocjowania,
Pełna dyspozycyjność czasowa i gotowość do pracy w terenie,
Aktywne prawo jazdy kat. B (warunek konieczny)
Doświadczenie w branży rolniczej i/lub nieruchomości – mile widziane
Umiejętność obsługi geoportalu – mile widziane
