The Management Board of R.Power S.A. (hereinafter the “Issuer”) hereby informs that on January 31, 2025, the Issuer’s Supervisory Board adopted a resolution on the appointment of Mr. Rafał Kozłowski as a Member of the Management Board of the Issuer, effective as of February 1, 2025.
The resolution was adopted pursuant to Article 382 § 1 of the Polish Commercial Companies Code and § 13 section 2 of the Issuer’s Articles of Association.
