Key shareholders

The 2023 marked the beginning of R.Power strategic partnership with renowned institutional investors – Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund (3SIIF) and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) https://www.ebrd.com/home. The minority stake was acquired for 150 mln euro, with subsequently executed option to increase the total investment to 250 mln euro. By the end of 2024 the company received 200 mln euro of equity funding supporting our mission to drive the energy transition in Europe.

The Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund is a dedicated commercial fund targeting infrastructure investments in Central and Eastern Europe. It was initiated and co-founded by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (Polish state development bank), with other notable investors including Romanian Exim Bank and Bulgarian Development Bank. Amber Infrastructure Group https://www.amberinfrastructure.com, a UK-based firm specializing in international infrastructure projects, serves as the Fund exclusive investment advisor.

EBRD investment in R.Power aligns with the Bank strategic focus on accelerating green transition and supporting innovative and highly competitive Polish companies with strong international ambitions.
