• Verifying and posting received documents.
• Maintaining a register of fixed assets.
• Confirming and reconciling balances with contractors.
• Assisting in closing financial periods in accordance with internal group requirements.
• Supporting tax settlements (VAT, CIT, PCC, WHT), including preparing tax declarations.
• Updating registration documents.
• Assisting in tax inspections.
• Supporting financial statement audits.
• Assisting other employees in the finance and accounting department as needed.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position involving full accounting responsibilities.
• Higher education (preferably in accounting and finance).
• Practical knowledge of Polish tax law and accounting principles.
• Good command of English enabling fluent communication.
• Commitment and independence, good self-organization skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail, analytical skills.
• Communicativeness and ability to work in a team.
