looking for:
Communication Junior Manager
Location: Warsaw
Responsibilities
Implementation of the company’s internal and external communication policy
Execution of the Group’s market image strategy
Content creation (social media posts, articles, press releases, newsletters, videos, case studies)
Updating and developing content on the company’s website
Communication with local media
Coordination of participation in industry events
Identifying new trends and monitoring the market
Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of communication activities
Preparing briefs and event scripts
Close cooperation with departments in Poland and abroad
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, PR, or communications
Practical knowledge of social media
Strong writing skills and ability to create compelling presentations
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, MailChimp (or other email marketing tools), Facebook Business Manager, and WordPress
Knowledge of the PV/energy sector is an advantage
Experience with graphic design tools (Figma/Adobe Illustrator) is a plus
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
High level of professionalism, dynamism, and a proactive, open attitude
Creativity, adaptability, and flexibility in project execution
