Head of Communication
Location: Warsaw
Responsibilities
Developing and implementing communication and PR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals
Managing the communication team, including mentoring and supporting junior team members
Overseeing communication activities across digital channels (social media, website, industry media)
Shaping and executing the company’s internal communication policy
Managing crisis situations and ensuring effective crisis communication
Building and maintaining relationships with the media, journalists, and key industry stakeholders
Analyzing the effectiveness of communication campaigns and reporting results to the management board
Coordinating industry events and representing the company at conferences and business meetings
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or PR
Dynamic and proactive approach
Experience in a marketing or creative agency is a plus
Creativity, openness, and flexibility in project execution
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
Hands-on experience with social media, particularly LinkedIn (profile management, moderation, monitoring, crisis communication)
Strong writing skills in both Polish and English
Experience working with marketing agencies
Ability to create simple graphics using tools like Canva and edit short videos for social media
Practical knowledge of digital marketing tools
Understanding of key online marketing KPIs and social media platforms, with the ability to analyze results, draw conclusions, and benchmark against competitors
Knowledge of the PV/energy sector is an advantage
