Construction Project Manager PV
Location: Warsaw
Responsibilities
Management of the EPC contractor agreement
Management and ongoing monitoring of the EPC contractor progress, schedules, budget
Supporting the team responsible for contracting during negotiations
Project preparation including technical due diligence, management of documentation, coordination of project team, and communication with other teams
Risk management, troubleshooting and problem solving
Accountable for costs, timeline and quality
Reporting and cooperation to the bord
Management portfolio in Poland and on the others markets
Requirements
8+ Years of Project Management Experience preferably within Solar Renewables sector
Experience in working with international teams
Academic degree,
Familiar with the EPC processes of investment projects
Contract management experience
Excellent command of English
High level of assertiveness in relation to external contractors
Ability to think analytically and draw conclusions
Ability to communicate effectively with higher management and with contractors
Willingness to travel
Excellent interpersonal skills
Well-developed intercultural skills
Strong communication skills – systematic organizational approach
Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
