Construction Contract Specialist
Location: Warsaw
Responsibilities
Ensuring the proper execution of contract closure processes
Direct cooperation with the Contract Manager and General Contractors
Coordinating project-related communication
Monitoring of project schedule execution
Monitoring project schedule implementation
Preparation of and active participation in Coordination Meetings, Department meetings and interdepartmental meetings
Collaboration with the project team and other departments within the Company
Preparing presentations and reports (reports regarding work progress
Development, distribution) as well as archiving of documentation
Participation in projects during the business analysis and financing acquisition stages Involvement in the development and circulation of documentation and analyses
Requirements
Teamwork skills
Good work organization (ability to plan, coordinate activities, set priorities, punctuality, accuracy, attention to detail)
High degree of independence and responsibility
Goal-oriented mindset
Interest in project management topics
Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Nice to have
Knowledge of the specifics of the photovoltaic industry
Minimum one year of professional experience
Practical knowledge of AutoCAD
