growth, we are
looking for:
Lead the engineering design, development, and deployment of large-scale BESS projects.
Define system architectures, select key components, and optimize battery storage performance for grid stabilization, frequency regulation, and energy arbitrage.
Oversee battery technology selection, system integration, and validation processes to meet performance and safety standards.
Prepare and analyze technical documentation, including system specifications and schematics.
Develop technical specifications and standards.
Support commercialization teams in communication infrastructure with DSOs/TSOs for system services.
Plan CAPEX/OPEX.
Participate in the testing and commissioning processes of BESS systems.
Assist in project risk analysis and optimization of technical solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, procurement, construction, and operations teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers and team members.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in utility-scale BESS engineering (construction experience also welcomed).
Strong knowledge of BESS technology and its configuration for large-scale projects.
Experience in selecting, calculating, and optimizing energy storage systems, PCS, and EMS.
Graduate in a technical field (preferred: electrical engineering, energy, automation, civil engineering, or related fields).
Technical competencies: Basic knowledge of power engineering and renewable energy.
Proficiency in English sufficient to work with technical documentation.
Good organizational skills, ability to analyze technical data, and strong teamwork skills.
Knowledge of CAD software.
Familiarity with simulation software (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink) or basic programming skills – nice to have.
Experience with renewable energy hybrid systems (solar + storage, wind + storage) – nice to have.
