looking for:
Head of Business Development
Location: Warsaw
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing a business development strategy in the RES sector.
- Identifying new market opportunities and directions for company growth.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Monitoring market trends and competitors’ activities.
- Negotiating and concluding agreements with business partners.
- Coordinating marketing and sales activities.
- Managing the business development team and supporting its professional development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the RES sector, with a focus on photovoltaic farms, wind farms, and energy storage.
- Excellent knowledge of the renewable energy market.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting business relationships.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience in team and project management.
- Creativity, initiative, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages will be an additional advantage).
