In-House Lawyer – Renewable Energy (Romania)
Location: BUCHAREST
Responsibilities
Provide legal support for the ongoing operations of companies within the R.Power Group in Romania, with a particular focus on processes related to the development of renewable energy projects.
Monitor and analyze regulatory developments in Romania, with an emphasis on renewable energy legislation and compliance.
Draft legal documents and support during judicial and administrative proceedings.
Assist in corporate legal services for R.Power Group companies operating in Romania.
Collaborate closely with the Country Manager in Romania and the General Counsel of R.Power Group to define and implement legal strategies for Romania.
Requirements
Qualified Legal Counsel in Romania.
Experience in the energy sector, preferably in renewable energy.
Proficient in English (C1 level), both spoken and written.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint) and legal software (e.g., Lex, Legalis).
Ability to work efficiently under time pressure.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and thorough.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues.
Proactive, committed, and able to take ownership of assigned tasks.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively.
Ability to work independently.
