Due to the dynamic development of the company, we are looking for people for the following position:
Land Research Assistant with Italian
Location: Warsaw
Responsibilities
Actively searching for new locations for photovoltaic investments in Italy.
Analyzing and verifying potential land properties (location, terrain morphology, and other conditions).
Supporting the daily work of the Italian Land Scouts and Project Developers team.
Gathering information from the Electronic Land Registry (SISTER), Geoportal, Public and Spatial Information System.
Contacting property owners and local administrative authorities.
Requirements
Proficiency in Italian and English at a minimum of B2 level – a must have.
Completed (or in progress) studies in any field (preferred majors related to geodesy, urban planning, spatial economics, or spatial planning).
Practical knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Analytical skills and effective information gathering from available sources.
Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and meticulousness.
Preferred:
Knowledge of the QGIS program.
Experience in the renewable energy industry.
