Legal Counsel
Location: Warsaw
Responsibilities
Legal support in the handling of the investment and construction process (EPC), in particular drafting and coordinating the content of contracts concluded by the capital group companies (e.g. construction works contracts, supply contracts, collateral agreements)
Providing legal support for the day-to-day operations of the capital group companies (with particular emphasis on the proceedings in the development of RES projects);
Drafting of pleadings (at the court-administrative stage);
Preparation, negotiation and opinion of agreements related to the development of RES projects;
Supporting the corporate services of R.Power Group companies in Poland and abroad;
Requirements
Qualification as a lawyer / legal advisor,
Experience in handling the investment process on the side of the RES Contractor or Investor,
Knowledge of English at the level of C1, both spoken and written;
Good knowledge of MS Office programs – mainly Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point and legal programs – Lex, Legalis;
Ability to work under time pressure,
Meticulousness and reliability;
Communication skills and ability to establish relationships with colleagues;
Initiative and involvement in assigned tasks
Organisational skills and good organisation of work;
