Due to the dynamic development of the company, we are looking for people for the following position:
Origination Manager
Location: Milan, Italy
You are keen to make a difference and have a good eye for detail. By ensuring we maintain a high level of quality in our origination you are the gatekeeper that makes sure the conversion from lead to project is maximized. You will work closely with the rest of the origination team who focus on lead generation and actual signing of the contracts. At the same time you will support the permitting team by providing your input in terms of environmental assessments that can be used in the EIA (Environmental Impact Assessments).

Verification of plots
Constraints analysis of new projects
Verification of CDU’s
Implementation of origination strategies
Team management
Day-to-Day exchange with landscouts on new origination efforts
Generating green field for acquisition purposes
Provide input and support project managers and permitting team for the Environmental Impact Assessments required.
Requirements
2+ years of relevant experience
Degree in Business, Law, Marketing, or related discipline;
Experience in renewable energy
Strong negotiation and analytical capabilities;
Proactivity, independence, and self-starter attitude;
Comfortable with interpretation of current relevant Italian legislation
Experience with national, regional, and local constraints analysis
Results oriented and the ability to maintain focus on quantitative objectives;
Highly developed communication skills;
Ability to handle multiple tasks and new challenges;
Fluent and practical knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);
GIS experience is a plus
