Due to the dynamic development of the company, we are looking for people for the following position:
Photovoltaic Asset Management Specialist
Location: Łódź
Responsibilities
Conducting ongoing settlements related to energy sales and guarantees of origin
Verifying invoices and cost documents
Settling lease rents, taxes, and verifying land registers
Concluding contracts related to farm maintenance
Fulfilling the company’s obligations towards authorities, distribution system operators, and local government units
Identifying potential improvements in the functioning and maintenance of farms
Performing periodic reporting for the company’s management on the performance parameters of photovoltaic farms
Communicating and collaborating with project teams and other company departments in Poland and abroad
Monitoring industry news and trends in renewable energy sources
Checking, coordinating, and controlling existing service procedures
Performing various ad hoc activities and tasks related to asset management
Requirements
At least 3 years of professional experience, with experience in asset management, preferably in the field of renewable energy (RES) and/or experience in an auditing company or in financial or operational control
Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency in using various system tools
Higher education, preferably in economics or a technical field
Excellent organizational skills, independence in performing assigned tasks, accuracy, proactivity, analytical and critical thinking abilities, and a business approach
Accounting skills
High interpersonal skills and openness to cooperation with individuals from various departments of the company
Very good knowledge of English (at least B2 level)
