Due to the dynamic development of the company, we are looking for people for the following position:
Procurement Specialist
Location: Warsaw
Responsibilities
Conducting purchasing processes, including supplier selection, cost optimization, and consideration of business needs.
Negotiating cooperation conditions and building and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
Processing purchasing documents in collaboration with, among others, the legal department.
Analyzing and synthesizing data related to commodity prices, internal purchases, and currency rates.
Maintaining proper information flow and reporting.
Analyzing and comparing offers from suppliers (including photovoltaic farm components).
Monitoring price trends in currency, natural resources, and semi-finished goods markets.
Creating requests for quotations.
Seeking new procurement sources.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar position.
Excellent knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, macro functions are desirable).
Higher education.
Ability to conduct quantitative analysis.
Preciseness and attention to detail.
Fluent business communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
Experience in the renewable energy sector is welcome.
