Treasury Expert
Location: WARSAW
Responsibilities
Managing the financial liquidity of the companies within the Group.
Analyzing, assessing, and managing foreign exchange (FX) risk, as well as negotiating transaction terms with banks.
Monitoring and optimizing cash management, including balance control and handling bank credit drawdowns.
Coordinating hedging processes, including co-developing tools for currency risk mitigation.
Collaborating with the CFO and other business departments on liquidity policy and financial management.
Direct contact with financial institutions (banks, factoring companies) and banking administration (opening and closing accounts, transaction registration, regulatory compliance control).
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (Treasury, Cash Management, Corporate Finance).
Practical knowledge of financial liquidity management, currency risk, and hedging instruments.
Ability to negotiate financial terms and cooperate with financial institutions.
Experience in using liquidity management tools and optimizing financial processes.
Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Communicative level of English (minimum B2).
Proactive approach, teamwork skills, and good time management.
