Raport bieżący 16/2023 – ESPI – Zawarcie umów korporacyjnych związanych z inwestycją z Eiffel Transaction Infrastructure na rozwój projektów PV w Rumunii

Zarząd R.Power S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Emitent”) informuje, że 27 września 2023 roku doszło do zawarcia umów korporacyjnych związanych z Umową Inwestycyjną z dnia 17 lipca 2023 r. (Raport bieżący 14/2023), poprzedzone pisemnym potwierdzeniem, że inwestycja nie podlega FDI Law. W ramach wspólnego przedsięwzięcia Eiffel Transaction Infrastructure z siedzibą w Paryżu należącą do grupy kapitałowej Eiffel Investment Group („Partner”) zainwestuje do 26,5 mln euro w celu rozwoju wybranych projektów fotowoltaicznych w Rumunii.

Current report 16/2023 – ESPI – Signing of corporate agreements related to the investment with Eiffel Transaction Infrastructure for the development of PV projects in Romania

The Management Board of R.Power S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the „Issuer”), announces that on 27 September 2023, the corporate agreements related to the Investment Agreement for the development of 1 GWp of photovoltaic projects in Romania were executed (Current report 14/2023) . Priori, written confirmation that the planned investment is not subject to the FDI Law was issued by the applicable authority. Under the joint venture, the Eiffel Transaction Infrastructure, with its registered office in Paris, belonging to the Eiffel Investment Group (the „Partner”) will invest up to €26.5 million to develop selected photovoltaic projects in Romania.
